Build Scale Law’s founder

Our founder, Hanna, is a results-driven legal counsel with a rich background in various aspects of tech law. Hanna’s expertise spans across product development, compliance, content moderation, and corporate transactions, making her a versatile advisor for any tech company. With bar admissions in both New York and Sweden, Hanna brings a global outlook and a dynamic approach to legal challenges.

Hanna's career includes impactful roles at a large international e-commerce platform, both in Sweden and North America, where she guided product teams through complex regulations and product launches, focusing on data privacy, consumer protection laws, and intermediary liability. Her ability to negotiate and draft various commercial agreements has been a cornerstone of her role.

Hanna started her legal career at a law firm in New York, where she represented corporate clients in a range of transactional matters, including M&A, private equity, and securities law, as well as advised public companies on governance and disclosure requirements under federal securities laws and stock exchange rules. Hanna also contributed to the growth of the firm’s Nordic practice.
